Resourcing Executive

Permanent | Full Time
Salary: £23,000 per annum (DOE) + annual company bonus
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Location: Winnersh, RG41 (Hybrid)

As a Resourcing Executive at Advantage Smollan, you’ll play a key role in identifying, engaging, and qualifying top talent across our EU organisation. You’ll support our talent acquisition efforts by building strong pipelines, managing candidate relationships, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Use direct sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and other tools to attract top talent.
• Screening & Qualifying: Conduct initial outreach, screening calls, and assess candidates against job requirements.
• Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain an engaged talent pool for future hiring needs.
• Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring activities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Resourcing Manager, hiring managers, and stakeholders to understand and fulfil hiring needs.
• Database & ATS Management: Ensure accurate candidate records and compliance with data protection regulations.

Skills & Experience:

• Experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or a similar role (agency or in-house).
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and CRM/ATS systems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage passive candidates.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data.
  Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
