New Business Development Lead – Digital Commerce

Permanent, Full Time
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (depending on experience) + bonus
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Location: Farringdon, London EC1R (Hybrid) with travel

We’re searching for a New Business Development Lead, to lead on business development strategy and revenue growth across our Digital Commerce business unit. This is a high-impact role combining strategic leadership with hands-on deal-making.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead enterprise sales strategy and pipeline management across multiple regions.
  • Set and deliver global revenue targets in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Identify and close high-value e-commerce opportunities with enterprise clients.
    Enable regional sales teams with tools, insights, and best practices for sales excellence.
    Conduct SWOT and 7C analyses to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Present compelling value propositions to C-suite stakeholders.

What You Bring

  • Commensurate years’ experience in business development, commercial leadership, and sales strategy.
  • Strong background in digital commerce, e-commerce technology, or B2B professional services.
  • Proven ability to close complex, high-value deals.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • CRM and sales analytics expertise.
  • Bonus points: experience with Marketplace, D2C and B2B platforms.
